Cancelling your holiday

Please notify us of any cancellation by phone as soon as possible followed by written confirmation within 7 days. We will make every effort to secure another booking on the property for the same period and if successful will make a full refund, less an administration charge of £20. We recommend that cancellation insurance is arranged to cover this eventuality. If we are unable to re-let the property, the full hire charge will still become due 6 weeks before your holiday commences.
